Lang Chai Xua tells Phan Thiet’s story through fishing, salt making and fish sauce production. Fourteen themed spaces introduce the coastal town’s life, from old boats and fishermen’s homes to the trade in fish sauce carried in ceramic jars.
A visit brings together documentary material and interactive displays, including explanations of how fish sauce is made and distinguished. The address is 360 Nguyen Thong, Phu Hai, Phan Thiet.
