The art programme “Hà Nội kết nối tinh hoa Toàn cầu” takes place at 19:00 on Friday, 13 November 2026, at the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long in Hanoi.
The Institute of Economics, Culture and Arts says the programme brings together nearly 400 artists, performers, artisans and fashion designers from Vietnam and abroad.
