M-Bar Sushi is our rooftop bar on the 25th floor of Maple Hotel in central Nha Trang. From here you can see the sea, the promenade and the city in the evening, so sunset is a particularly good time to visit and stay for dinner.
Sushi and rolls are at the heart of the menu. We prepare familiar classics such as Philadelphia, Dragon and California, as well as our own combinations with salmon, tuna, eel, shrimp, avocado and mango. There are baked rolls, futomaki, salmon and tuna tartare, and a small dessert menu.
M-Bar is also a full cocktail bar. The menu includes classic Mojito, Aperol Spritz, Whiskey Sour, Long Island, Piña Colada and Negroni, signature cocktails, house infusions, wine, beer and spirits. For guests who do not drink alcohol, we prepare homemade lemonades and non-alcoholic cocktails.
We created M-Bar for an unhurried evening with a view of Nha Trang: come as a couple for sunset, meet friends or celebrate a small occasion at a large table.
