NashTech is recruiting a full-time Software Engineer – Python for Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, in a hybrid format. Applications close on 30 October 2026. The role includes development, unit tests, bug fixing, status reporting and secure AI use, while protecting company and client information.
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, at least one year of Python with Django, Flask, FastAPI or Falcon, OOP/SOLID and clean architecture. You need REST/SOAP, SQL including PostgreSQL/Redshift, basic NoSQL or graph databases, HTML/CSS/JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern frontend framework. Frontend tools include Webpack/Vite/Storybook. You need unit testing, web security/performance, Agile/Scrum, basic GenAI and practical AI assistants such as Copilot/Claude Code/Cursor, with output validation. English is needed for technical materials and everyday work conversations; Go, ORM and Kafka experience are advantages.
