Hoi An Historic Hotel offers practical Vietnamese cooking classes led by its Executive Chef. Choose a 09:00–12:00 or 16:00–19:00 session and one of four itineraries: local market and class; market, class and 30-minute foot reflexology; cycling to Tra Que Vegetable Village, farming experience and class; or the cycling and farming route with foot reflexology.
